• Curriculum Management & Collaboration – I manage the curriculum for IB English B, ensuring our students consistently perform above the world average. Additionally, I collaborated with Bogazici University on the development of the Prep curriculum, ensuring a strong foundation for language learning.
• Language Policy - Responsible for creating and refining the language policy, ensuring it supports multilingualism and promotes linguistic diversity.
• Data-Driven Instruction – I coordinate the IELTS exam and use data analysis to continuously improve results. Our students consistently achieve scores above the world average, reflecting the effectiveness of our approach.

Workshop Leadership – I lead workshops in areas such as Language and Literature, English B, CAS, EE, MYP Language and Literature, MYP Language Acquisition, Personal Project, Community Project, ATL, Building Thematic Units, and Developing the MYP, equipping teachers with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the IB framework.

Dual MYP-DP Workshop Leader – I am proud to be one of the few to hold the role of Workshop Leader for both MYP and DP, allowing me to bridge the gap between the two programs and provide comprehensive training to IB educators.

School Evaluation Reader – As a reader for IB school evaluations, I help assess schools' adherence to IB standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of global IB programs.

Continuous Professional Development – I regularly get upskilled through IB training and actively participate in curriculum reviews, ensuring I remain at the forefront of IB education and can offer the most relevant and up-to-date guidance.

• Leadership & Coordination – As the MYP-DP Coordinator, I was responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the MYP and DP programs, ensuring alignment with IB standards and best practices.
• Evaluation Visit Coordination – I coordinated two evaluation visits for both MYP and DP, ensuring thorough preparation and smooth execution. This included liaising with the IB, gathering evidence, and working with faculty to ensure the programs met the required standards.
• Curriculum Oversight & Development – I managed the curriculum implementation across both MYP and DP, ensuring coherence and progression in students’ academic journey from middle years to the diploma program.
• Professional Development & Team Leadership – I led and supported teachers through professional development initiatives, fostering collaboration and ensuring continuous growth within the team.
• Stakeholder Engagement – I collaborated with parents, students, and senior leadership to maintain a strong community connection and ensure program success.

• Fulbright Scholar at Syracuse University – As a Fulbright Scholar, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in academic and cultural exchange while teaching English to immigrant students.
• ESL Instruction – I taught English as a Second Language (ESL) to immigrants, helping them improve their language skills for better integration into the community and workforce.

• Prestigious Practicum Opportunity – In my final year of university, I was selected for a one-year teaching practicum at Robert College, one of Turkey's most prestigious high schools, due to ranking in the top 5 of my department.
• Hands-On Teaching Experience – During this practicum, I gained invaluable teaching experience, applying my academic knowledge in real-world classroom settings and refining my instructional techniques.
