• Execute transport instruction as per Customer request.

• Investigates and provides problem resolution for CH shipments.
• Issue invoices related to DLF and related additional (FSD, HCD, OAD) in case of import MH changed in CH.

• Support resolution of disputes related to inland costs (no workflow handling)
