Since it was my first experience in the field of export, I worked in the documentation department and then worked as a sales support officer in the sales unit. At this workplace, I contacted customers and received new orders. I followed and coordinated the entire process from taking the order to the delivery of the products to the customer.

I contacted customers abroad via e-mail and forwarded their requests to the production department.

*I worked as a home office during the corona pandemic period.
*I received requests from customers and forwarded them to the relevant units.
*I managed customers' orders and requests in the fastest and most reliable way.

*I met with customers and managed the visa process for the countries they would visit.

*I also served as a consultant to the students we sent to America for the Work And Travel program.

*I started working here right after my university graduation and accomplished successful work for 8 years.
