As a Flight Training Specialist in a commercial airline environment, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating flight crew training programs in accordance with national and international aviation regulations (e.g. EASA, ICAO).

Coordinates simulator sessions, line training, and recurrent courses, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and pilot proficiency. Collaborates with Flight Operations, Safety, and Quality departments to maintain high training standards and continuous improvement.
