Generating steam and electricity primarily by burning variable amounts of by-product fuels (Blast Furnace Gas, Coke Gas, Steel Making Plant Gas) according to the production of Integrated Iron-Steel Production Facilities, Ensuring the production-consumption balance related to By-Product Gases, To produce the steam that the whole enterprise needs, To provide the steam at different pressures required by the entire enterprise, To generate electricity with the remaining steam primarily to meet the necessary loads in terms of operational safety, To produce steam by using fuels such as Natural Gas as well as by-products such as Coke Gas, Blast Furnace Gas, SMP Gas, which are released due to operating processes, To produce pressurized combustion air needed by the Blast Furnace process with Turbo Blowers (axial and centrifugal compressor), Operation of Pure Water Production Plants (demineralization plants): 90 Fr. hard water with 1450? S / cm conductivity and 1 S / cm conductivity and 0 Fr. lower to hardness To determine the need for spare materials-parts required for production continuity and reliability and to provide spare materials Investigate the improvements that need to be made after the problems encountered in the processes and implementing them. The process to work with the awareness of energy efficiency at the stage of production, To identify efficiency-enhancing improvements and to implement them.
