As well as setting up Qatar's newest and only RYA Recognized Powerboat Training Center and first Boat Club

• set up all SOPs and Emergency Procedure of the company
• Trained all staff before active operation and get al the preparations before RYA Inspection
• Managed to get long term marine logistics contract with World Cup 2022 suppliers and ran successful operations with zero accident and down time.
• Trained and certified more than 100 individuals for powerboating in first year of operation

One of the oldest Sailing Club in GCC region. During the years i worked i managed increase membership numbers from 80 over 400 people as well as :

• Monitored the staff and instructors, developed a new staff training program to increase safety awareness on the water, made new activities program for the instructors to increase members experience.
• Done full asset check with detailed inspection, created an asset management system, renew the old fleet and bring new activities to the club such as rowing, windsurfing and foiling.
• Organized and managed local and international regattas.
• Successfully organize run school events and Qatar Navy Cadets Training programs
• Generated additional incomes with summer activities and private tuition programs

• Under the supervision of general manager setup Qatar's highest quality RYA Watersports/Powerboat Training Centre
• As a multi-qualified senior instructor teaching RYA Sailing, Powerboating, Waterboarding and Navigation courses

After many successful years on beach operations company sent me to UK to get my RYA Yachtmaster Qualification to lead one of their flotilla operations in Marmaris

• Weekly fleet checks and reporting to line manager
• Managing and training the crew
• Delivering daily safety briefings for Flotilla guest, monitoring the fleet position and conditions making sure of good customer service and fleet safety
• Organizing daily and weekly events for guest
• Making connections with local suppliers for the needs of fleet and the guest

• Running all beach activities as an RYA Training Centre as a Senior Instructor
• Tracking, management and maintenance of watersports equipment including safety ribs
• Running powerboat and safety boat training courses for customers and staff members
• Training beach and kids club staff for beach activities
• Risk assessments of beach facilities and watersports programs.

During National Service assigned as a Watercraft Operator in one of the elite commando training units in Turkish Military Forces:

• Being in charge of heavy duty military RIBs for operations
• Being in charge of 32ft wooden M/Y with inboard Cummins diesel engine
• Keeping track of marine assets for maintenance needs, and reporting
• Assisting commando sea survival trainings as lifeguard
• Successfully done intensive commando combat and physical training as a member of special company.

• After successfully finished 3 months RYA Watersports Instructor Training provided by British holiday company Neilson, started to work as a sailing and windsurf instructor
• Providing best watersports experience for customers
• Became one of the lead instructors who were organizing and running staff training for the company

Worked as freelance IT/Robotics Technician to help other trenchless pipeline rehabilitation companies to train their operators and solve their electro-mechanical issues and IT with their systems

Worked for one of first and the leading trenchless pipeline inspections and rehabilitations company

• Worked with German, Austrian an Italian suppliers best in their fields to learn their products and train our operators on site.
• Organized and managed smooth preventive maintenance tasks such as evaluating part functionality, cleaning components and removing old seals and gaskets.
• Manage stocks for spares of the robotic systems and place orders in advance to make sure operations on site are not delayed
