Fatemeh Heidari

As a third-year Psychology student studying in English in Turkey, I bring a unique combination of academic knowledge, cross-cultural communication, and practical work experience. Fluent in Farsi, Turkish, and English, I have a deep interest in workplace behavior and human well-being, especially in the context of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience designing psychology-based workshops, has strengthened my creativity, critical thinking, and attention to detail. My previous role in a brokerage company as a chat support agent enhanced my problem-solving and client communication skills under pressure. I am eager to apply my understanding of job satisfaction, teamwork, and organizational functioning in a practical setting and see this internship as a valuable opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
