Flat line Production I've done a TPM project on particle board lamination line. Topic of the project was eliminating the wastes on the line and improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency. So in order to achieve this goal I used the DMAIC problem solving method. Firstly I observed the line for two weeks and collect the data needed and calculated current OEE. After that I've analyzed root causes and developed and implemented improvement actions for each cause. In the end we get %10 extra efficiency.
