As a Validation Engineer, I play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of manufacturing processes. My primary responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and maintaining validation protocols and reports, leading process and cleaning validation activities in compliance with cGMP and global guidelines, and executing process validation activities to ensure consistent product quality. I ensure thorough documentation and regulatory compliance, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide training and support, troubleshoot validation-related issues, and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

I worked as a production engineer in the yarn dyeing department. My responsibilities included conducting production checks, machine inspections, and monitoring the usage of chemicals to ensure color accuracy.

I spent my summer internship at Polyplex, where I gained experience in the production processes of PET chips and PET film. As a chemical engineer, I had tasks such as observing the PET chips production processes, conducting raw material analysis, and enhancing production quality. Additionally, I had the opportunity to understand the production process of this specific polymer film by examining the PET film production processes.

During my summer internship at Indorama Ventures PCL, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the field of production. As a chemical engineer, I actively contributed to various aspects of the production processes, gaining hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing procedures, conducting quality assessments, and ensuring the efficient production of chemical products. This internship not only allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting but also deepened my understanding of the intricate workings of industrial production. It was a valuable experience that enhanced my skills and knowledge as a chemical engineer.
