- Creating the flight program with the information coming from Ground Services or Airlines, making the necessary revisions during the operation and to update the flight program in the system.
- Day to day flight data processing and validation on the operational day and the next day and entering seasonal flights into the system.
- Listening to VHF (approach, tower, ground) during operation, to inform bridge operators according to frequency information.
- Addition, cancellation, delay, swap etc. update information in the flight system.
- Making effective gate planning for aircraft in open parking position.
- Providing accurate and timely reflection of all info related to flights (delay, cancel, ETA, ETD etc.) to the FIDS monitors in the terminal.
- Making reports of the data of the past day and the next day in night shifts.
- Working in the same office in coordination with different companies (HEAŞ, Pegasus, TGS, AJET).
- Monitoring the planning of passenger bridge parking positions and requesting changes if necessary.
- Involving in the Digital Twin project on behalf of the Operations Department, conducting tests as well as consulting with foreign customers and reporting to my superiors.
