- Required energy was calculated with Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), relaxation time was calculated with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Relaxometry, and color analysis was performed with Benchtop spectrophotometer
- The project was done under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Mecit Halil ÖZTOP and laboratory supervisor Berkay BERK in Middle East Technical University within the scope of the lecture, Food Engineering Research.
