Exclusive Distributor Agreement:
Negotiated and secured an exclusive distributor agreement with Taiwan-based CCP Epoxy Resin manufacturer, transitioning the distribution rights from Akca Kimya to Kernel Company, significantly contributing to the company’s strategic growth.
