Summary
I am a studding a higher Institute of education trainer in Istanbul University from august 2022.
I have grown up among successful people, this has had great influence on my personality.
Since my mother is a teacher and school manger i could fill different education position that enabled me to grasp the child education concept and support
Despite that, I faced so many challenges that I could overcome with the assistance of my supervisors and colleagues
The lesson learned for me was if education is entwined with practical experience, no challenges would hinder the achievement.
Regarding to increase my knowledge, skill and exercise I enter to many courses which could improve my skills to provide more professionality for me.

As a child development specialist and education trainer I provided Private Individual training to many children in Istanbul which included:
· Teach them the spelling of words, and their meanings and the correct pronunciation of words.
· Develop students' verbal skills including reading out loud, discussion and debate.
- Monitored students during quizzes and tests.
- Communicated frequently with parents, students, and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies.
- Assisted in implementation of new learning tools, systems and materials.
- Kept students on-task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Provided additional mentoring based on student evaluations.
