Responsibilities : For both web projects that we are working on with Scrum Master and Business Analyst hats;

• Ensuring intra-team communication and follow-up of meeting traffic
• Preparation of Product Backlog Items with PO
• Following the weekly Sprint meetings and separating the Product items to be evaluated in the relevant sprint periods into sprint backlog items and determining the Epic, Feature, User Story and Task items.
• Ensuring that actions to be taken to resolve Customer Support records (errors and requests) as soon as possible are followed up with relevant persons.
• Making weekly in-team task distribution plans for sprint backlog items determined according to 2-week Sprint periods according to both projects and making presentations at R&D meetings.
• Preparing all necessary documentation and following the communication process between the Web Technologies Team Leader and the Product Owner regarding the transfer of information about the business needs and analysis details to the related software developers.
• Regular meetings with Senior Managers on Processes, Software Designs and Clarification of Requirements and preparing meeting minutes and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
• Conducting transfer meetings and providing support when needed to complete the lack of knowledge of the software team on business requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of Special Transformation mappings for all available modules such as CAM (Customer Management), PCM (Product Catalog Management), ASSET (Sales Management), PRM (Dealer and Distributor Management), IDM (User Management), DR (Document Relations Management) with configuration and transmission requirements for data to be migrated from the existing Opera system according to business rules and requirements,

• Doing post-development tests

• Managing the process in synchronization with the Application Frontend team.

Responsibilities :

• Tracking the Duties and Responsibilities of the Analysis Team and Providing Preliminary Control of Reports Submited

• Perform Project/Demand Management and business analysis functions in accordance with the Project Management methodology.
