ERTUGRUL SAHIN

I started my professional career in the hospitality industry in 2018, working as a host during my high school years. In this role, I gained early experience in guest reception, orientation, and first-contact management, understanding the direct impact of guest satisfaction on sales performance and customer loyalty.

After graduating from high school in 2020, I worked as a waiter during the summer seasons at Ali Bey Hotels. I developed strong skills in active selling (upselling), menu presentation, identifying guest needs, and maintaining high service standards. Working in high-volume and international guest environments enhanced my ability to perform effectively under pressure.

During the winter seasons, I worked as a carpenter, which strengthened my discipline, technical skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility—qualities that positively reflect on my professional work ethic.

Since December 2024, I have been working at Sidi Royal Palace Hotels and I am currently employed there. In my current role, I focus on increasing guest satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and contributing to revenue growth through a sales-oriented service approach. With strong communication skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a team-oriented attitude, I consistently add value to the organizations I work for.
