Summary
I am Ersel SARGIN, a graduate of Bursa Teknik Üniversitesi with a degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. I began my professional career in 2018 as a Project Engineer. My first experience in project engineering was focused on plastic injection. I worked on the BJA project, where I was responsible for the BJA plastic parts at a subcontractor and successfully implemented approximately 40 parts. Through this experience, I gained a total of 2 years of knowledge in engineering processes.
My second experience is in manufacturing quality engineering, which I am currently still working in. I managed the quality engineering of leather parts for an automotive manufacturer that primarily supplies to OEMs such as Audi and BMW. I have been working in this position for approximately 2.5 years. In this role, I have worked on projects such as BJA and LFF, where I focused on the interior trim perimeter, glass and sealing perimeter, and lock mechanism perimeter. Additionally, I have also managed various transversal tasks.
Currently, I am working as a manufacturing quality engineer at an OEM company, Renault. My experience in both project and quality engineering has given me a well-rounded understanding of the industry. I am confident in my abilities to manage and oversee projects, as well as ensure the highest quality standards are met in manufacturing processes. I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to further develop my skills and contribute to the success of the company
