Summary

After graduating from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 2012, I stepped into working life and focused on payroll - personnel. While continuing to work, I completed my master's degree in Human Resources Management. postgraduate education human It helped me gain perspective on the development and talent issues of the resources field. I had the opportunity to work in many areas and subjects of human resources, but since it is a people-oriented profession, it is a profession that requires continuity of development. I think it is a process. In my working life, I am people-oriented, develop while developing, contribute to sustainable labor and working life, My primary goals are to demonstrate success in productive, current and dynamic issues. My experience so far is in production/manufacturing organizations has happened. I find working in production areas dynamic and enjoyable. Working in a people-oriented manner in labor-intensive work, acquiring skills and ensuring development, strengthening institution-employee cooperation and sustainability are the agenda of today's human resources.
And I believe that these studies are also very valuable.
