-Managing project team, project scope, resources, project reporting, conduct team meetings, and proactively remove obstacles daily and communicate changes to the stakeholders and team members.

-Assessing the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects and gain agreement for resolution.

-Lead specific Programmes to be able to cover deep dives, support governance and in the very detail of these programs support in creating initiative plans, including delivered value, planned goals, objectives.

-Leadership and deployment of TPM Pillars in Corning Gebze Plant(Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Equipment Improvement, Leadership& Culture, CMMS, Early Equipment Management, Maintenance Performance)

-Leadership of Cost reduction, Quality, Production Projects (OEE Improvements, Green Belt Six Sigma ,Six Big Losses Analysis.

-Developing, designing and Implementing the TPM strategy for the plant.

-Leading Maintenance activities(Planned &Unplanned Downtimes) and traceability of maintenance metrics(MTTR&MTBF).

-Leadership of Maintenance and Project Workshops.

-Leadership of Energy Saving and Cost Reduction Projects in maintenance perspective.

-Capex Management.

-Responsible for marine equipments preventive&predictive maintenance (diesel engine/auxiliaries)
