• Founded and led Def Technology, developing scalable SaaS and AI-driven products, both funded by KOSGEB, Turkey’s government agency supporting technology and entrepreneurship.
• Project 1: Built one of the earliest QR code menu systems for restaurants (launched 2017, exited 2020).
• Project 2: Designed a sentiment analysis and algorithmic trading infrastructure, integrating NLP and quantitative signals into market strategy tools (2018–2022).

Worked in the Merchandising Department, handling sales data, planogram optimization, and retail analytics for FMCG clients. Delivered actionable insights to improve product placement and sales strategies across retail chains.
