I worked as a solution architect and pre-sales engineer for service management and monitoring solutions. My main objective was to try to understand customer needs and pain points, search, create, document, and present solutions of multiple big software vendors like IBM, CA, Dynatrace, and Solarwinds. Performing demos and POCs, evaluating and creating RFPs was a huge part of my job. I have had the chance to work with a lot of organizations, especially in the public and telecommunications industry.

I worked as an outsourced monitoring administrator at Turkish Airlines for one year. I have managed the SolarWinds product family, which allows me to monitor the entire network and application infrastructure in this position. Thanks to this position, I have gained a lot of knowledge about how the infrastructure works in a large corporate firm, what its needs are, and the architectural structure.
