

Enthusiastic food engineer, PhD with experience in seafood, fermentation, and Gastronomy & Culinary arts. Completed my internship at Turkey's largest meat-dairy integrated processing plant (TORKU). Had sectoral experiences in USA and Turkey, academic and teaching experiences in SGGW (Poland), LLU (Latvia), UP (South Africa), and culinary educations in Thailand, Czech Republic. Wrote book chapters, proceedings and articles about the food sciences, industry, innovations and gastronomy culture.
