I managed clearing system operations at Dgpays. I ensured that the financial data required by the company was accurately and error-free transferred to the appropriate destinations using Mastercard and Visa programs. I also developed batch processes to simplify some of these systems and improve workflow efficiency. Additionally, I gained experience by working for a short period on the chargeback side.

I worked in the IT department, specifically in endpoint management. I contributed to application development and ensured that these applications were delivered to end users in a complete and error-free state within the company.

In addition to endpoint management, I had the opportunity to gain exposure to many areas of IT. I also gained experience in IT support, data analysis, and data-related roles, and received various trainings in these fields.
