• Served as de facto Head of Program, providing strategic oversight for a €4M multi-donor portfolio across 4 projects, reaching 5,000+ beneficiaries and supporting program development, quality assurance, and donor engagement with senior management.
• Managed donor-funded projects (including Sida) ensuring full compliance with donor regulations and DRC systems, while overseeing project planning, implementation, reporting, and financial management.
• Led end-to-end project cycle management across 4 projects, coordinating closely with MEAL and support services to ensure timely delivery, high program quality, and compliant donor reporting.
• Developed and implemented monitoring and quality assurance frameworks, strengthening evidence-based programming and improving program performance and accountability.

• Co-managed implementation of a €10M KfW Development Bank– and BMZ funded economic recovery programme supporting refugee and host communities in Hatay, overseeing programme delivery, financial tracking, and donor compliance.
• Led livelihoods and economic recovery interventions in a complex displacement setting, coordinating field teams and partners to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and results reporting.
• Supervised and mentored programme staff while developing technical tools and capacity-building modules, strengthening livelihoods programming quality and staff capacity across the operation.

• Provided interim leadership for area-level operations during two surge deployments, coordinating program and support teams of 20+ staff to ensure continuity of humanitarian programming and operational delivery.
• Adapted DRC’s national strategy to the Hatay operational context, contributing to proposal development and contextual analysis that informed new and ongoing donor-funded programs.
• Represented DRC in coordination platforms with UN agencies, local authorities, and NGOs, strengthening operational partnerships and ensuring alignment with humanitarian response priorities.
• Oversaw people management, budget monitoring, and compliance for area-level operations, ensuring adherence to DRC policies, donor requirements, and the Code of Conduct.

• Led design and implementation of pilot livelihoods and early recovery programs for refugee and host communities, developing beneficiary targeting criteria and monitoring indicators focused on self-reliance, skills development, and labour market integration.
• Established job placement schemes in partnership with İŞKUR and private-sector actors, facilitating labour market access and employment pathways to assist job placement of 3,000 program beneficiaries.
• Managed in-kind grant schemes supporting small businesses and income-generating activities, while mentoring project staff and contributing to donor and government reporting.

Supported implementation of livelihoods programs across southeast Türkiye, delivering in-kind grants, job placements, and entrepreneurship training for refugee and host community beneficiaries while conducting needs assessments, field monitoring, and beneficiary follow-up.

• Coordinated procurement processes and operational delivery with local authorities and partners, ensuring timely implementation and compliance with International Organization for Migration program procedures.
