Working diligently in a busy schedule to ensure customer satisfaction, establishing a special relationship with my field of work, especially by communicating with foreign guests or hotel staff, had a great impact on my language development. I saw what it meant to communicate even with staff whose language I did not understand.

Because my uncle was there, I volunteered most summers for internships. This is where I learned accounting, financial statements, accounts, and ledgers—in short, most of the work. Because he was my uncle, I personally handled the staff, and you could say I developed my leadership skills there.

I can say that I have learned a lot about pleasing people.
