Summary

Over the past 21 years, the Aksaray Plant has been much more than a workplace for me — it has been a journey of growth, leadership, and transformation. From Manufacturing Engineering to Production, Planning, Launch & Change Management, Outbound Logistics, and Human Resources, I have had the chance to build experience across seven departments and six leadership roles, each one deepening my connection to the plant and its people.

Along the way, I supported and led key projects like the Aksaray Next Level expansion, the SFTP startup, and the global TruckBOM rollout. Working closely with colleagues from Germany, Brazil, and Europe showed me that leadership is not only about processes — it's about trust, collaboration, and keeping the bigger picture in mind.

My academic background — from Mechanical Engineering to Industrial Engineering, and later to a Ph.D. in Business Administration — has helped me bring technical know-how, operational insight, and people leadership together over time, like layers of experience built step by step.

This application is not about seeking a change — it’s about continuing a journey that naturally led to this moment. It would feel like taking the next natural step on a road we have paved together.

I am ready to take the driver’s seat — to steer with responsibility, to lift the team even higher, and to build a future we can all be proud to share.
