- Contribute to the production and profitability of vehicle projects by managing Project convergence via perfect monitoring of expected metier deliverables at the project milestones and by drafting the Project QCDP (Budget, time, quality, weight) summary within the scope.

- The Vehicle Technical Manager (VTM) leads the technical activities of a vehicle for the development and the industrialization of a new project or for maintenance in serial life, and therefore:
- Leads decision & component change process, escalation of design conflicts and manufacturing process issues.

- Manage component design activities within the cross-functional team, with escalation of conflicts between the different core engineering team.
- Ensure that components communalities and interchangeability rules are respected within the concerned Top-hats and plants during serial life.
- Ensures all innovation contents that are planned for project are progressing according to plan and manages escalation, when required, in development and responsible for new products requests or new regulations to be applied in serial life.
- Responsible for coordination / escalation of issues between Top-hat Project and Modules, Platform Projects, Propulsion and Software Projects.

To point out the critical issues or any infringements of Design/Test Standards and identify the actions needed to respect the assigned targets.
- To make available the documentation necessary to implement technical modifications (ODMs), to request their economical evaluations, to support the PR during the approval phase and to guarantee the associated drawings release. To monitor, through the accountable departments, their application in production accordingly to time schedule and procedures provided.
