I'm responsible for;
To determine the policy of the Nonconformity Management System and Nonconformance Survey Reporting , support IT for system setup activities , build authorizations, notifications and reports on the system.
To organize Nonconformance Survey meetings
To maintain, report and improve defined Quality KPIs per program and/or department/vice presidency periodically
To coordinate and follow up Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and act as a focal point for the customers within the company except supplier items
To have a thorough understanding of customer, certification and authority requirements related to departmental roles and responsibilities, to assure compliance against those requirements and to cross check new contract/RFQ items accordingly.
To determine and coordinate the corrective action needs together with the responsible departments for the reported or potential product nonconformities with corrective action activities
To examine the reported nonconforming products within the specified authority and responsibilities and to contribute to the provision of correction / concession instructions for the product
To measure customer satisfaction and initiate the necessary actions to improve the level of customer satisfaction, coordinate Buyer/Customer requests and complaints and prepare corrective action responses satisfactory to the Buyer/Customer
To plan the customer - quality audits together with the customers, to coordinate with the relevant departments within the company and to carry out and manage the quality approval activities
To collect and analyze data to show the progress of corrective action and quality improvement activities and report to the Company / buyer / customer when necessary
To coordinate the quality-related issues conveyed by the customer within the company.To plan the quality management systems activities that the company is certified (AS9100 / AS9110 / AQAP2110 / AQAP2310 / ISO 10002) together with the certification authority, to carry out and manage the audits and certification activities by coordinating with the relevant departments within the company and ensure the continuity of certification
To verify that appropriate and sufficient corrective actions are taken by ensuring the necessary coordination of something detected in the audits carried out within the scope of Quality Management Systems and Organization Approvals under my responsibility
To review and give feedback regarding quality requirements about Request for Proposals File (RFP) or Request for Quotation correspondence (RFQ) or new contract draft / negotiations under my responsibility.
