• Shift planning of operations in the relevant system according to laws and off requests
• Monitoring daily log-in / log-out times of customer representatives
• Processing and updating additional overtime periods in the relevant system and personnel files when additional overtime is requested according to shift planning.
• Tracking of annual leave, reports and other absences - Processing and updating the annual leave, reports, hourly leave, and other leaves and absences used in the relevant file/system
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports - Pulling all operational and customer representative-based reports from the relevant systems, preparing them in existing file formats, checking them and sharing them with operation managers.
