Elvan Holding and Dörtel Customs, I was hired by Jouy&Co Sweets in order to improve myself further after the experiences I gained in their organization. Since it is a Netherlands headquartered company, in my early years, I provided to my customers after exporting to all of the supporting. My main area is the Netherlands, USA, Indonesia, Korea, etc. Towards the end of 2020, apart from the service I mentioned above, I also took part in new project processes, R&D and UR-GE processes, and marketing, and production planning processes. Currently, I provide services to my customers in 3 regions: Europe, South America, and America. Below you can see the work I did.

After my long-term training process within Elvan Holding, I was hired as an Export Responsible in Dortel Customs Consultancy in the same place. From my job here, I have been a part of food safety and customs processes of food exports. You can see the processes that are my task below.

• Ensuring the health certificate applications of exported food products to the Food Safety Information System (GGBS)
• Preparation of GGBS applications and applications to the relevant Provincial Directorate of Agriculture
• Filing of the ready health certificates with the relevant export
• Veterinary applications of food products containing animal food (gelatin, milk and dairy products, etc.)
• Veterinary application processes and port field container/truck processes
• TAREKS control processes
• Agricultural Quarantine processes
• Reporting of work done on a weekly and monthly basis

I started my business life with my university summer internship. I was going to complete my summer internship in just 30 working days here. However, I have been experienced in export, import operation processes, foreign exchange transactions, invoice and document tracking for 11 months in line with the opportunities provided by the workplace. Due to the high workload of my company, I gained extra experience in all the processes I mentioned above. You can see the some topics of work in here.

• Organizing the shipments in coordination in line with the demands coming from the Sales and Production Planning Departments.

• Weekly and daily vehicle reports
