Following the decision of BSH to provide different products than literally known white goods, OEM Execution Center decided to build up an engineering team for supporting those products so called beyond categories, such as BIWD and investigating new product ideas such as FWD, IDF, etc
For a temporary period of two months, I had to act as Head of Quality Management team in OEM Execution Center which gave me further opportunities on Quality knowledge.

Leading Refrigerator R&D Team of 24 people from design to prototyping and verifying by tests before releasing for manufacturing.
Leading a team of 14 people for preparing 3 factories (refrigeration, washing and cooking) to produce products designed by R&D team. Also responsible for tool and equipment investments
Was a great chance to introduce all Industrial Engineering learnings in components(compressors, electrical motors, gas valves, evaporators, etc) factory to improve and measure productivity, create better material and process flow, optimizing output by time study
