· To define, develop, and successfully implement HR processes, programs and practices
· Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives

Managing payroll budget
· To lead and implement HR strategy and people elements of the business strategy

· Assessing training needs and work throughout annual development plans, coordinating with vendors
