During my internship at Al Jazeera Network, I worked in the Input Department. My main job was to help collect news from different sources, such as news agencies, reporters, and other media outlets. I watched incoming videos, checked important information, and shared useful content with the editorial team. This experience helped me understand how news is collected, and how important it is to be fast and correct in journalism. Collaborated with team members to achieve target results. Managed complaints with calm, clear communication and problem-solving. Maintained clean, safe working environments to eliminate accident risks. Engaged with customers to better understand needs and deliver excellent service. Identified issues, analyses information and provided solutions to problems. Picked up additional tasks to aid team success. Actively listened to customers to fully understand requests and

address concerns. Met schedule using excellent planning and coordination skills.
