• Align business needs with HR functions and team appropriately

• Manage talent acquisition and engagement, focusing on senior mid-career hiring
• Oversee and improve the talent acquisition process, from job requisition to onboarding
• Develop and apply global policies and tools for resourcing processes
• Enhance branches with low retention scores and develop strategies for improvement
• Manage employee recognition programs and other activities to foster a positive work environment
• Build Turquoise Employer Brand and ensure EVP is reflected in compensation, benefits, career development, work environment, and company culture
• Develop innovative events and strategies to attract top talent
• Coordinate university and other recruitment events
• Conduct performance management for white-collar workers using SuccessFactors and design skill matrices for blue-collar workers
• Research best practices in training programs and align new learning solutions with company goals
• Collaborate with functional managers and CEO to define workforce plans and organization structure.

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment within the technology and IT division
• Shortlist, interview, and select candidates
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Handle all recruitment activities, including screening applicants and conducting competency-based interviews
• Search and headhunt for executive roles and perform mass recruitment projects
• Implement meetings with hiring managers to create criteria for resume database mining.
