Hydrogen Powered Car Racing Team (Istanbul University Cerrahpasa)

• The optimization of chemical processes in the Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell system was undertaken.
• Regular tests and analyses were conducted to enhance the efficiency of the fuel cell. Test data were analyzed using Excel and MATLAB.
• Mathematical modeling and simulations were performed to improve system performance.
• Coordination with team members from various disciplines was ensured, and the hydrogen fuel cell system was integrated into the vehicle prototype.
• The team was selected as a finalist in the Teknofest 2023 competition.
