Description of Activities in Project : I managed the contract process, ensuring that all steps, from initiation to finalization, were executed efficiently. I was also involved in creating contract templates tailored to the organization's needs for standardization and compliance. Furthermore, I oversaw the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that the system met all functional requirements and addressing any issues that arose. I also played a key role in monitoring the cut-over phase, ensuring a smooth transition from the old system to the new one. Lastly, I was responsible for preparing training documents for both key users and end users.

Service : SAP Ariba Buying

Description of Activities in Project :I was responsible for overseeing the Guided Buying management process, ensuring smooth and user-friendly procurement experiences. I also handled Catalog Preparation, ensuring that all necessary items were correctly listed and accessible. Another crucial responsibility was maintaining Contract Compliance and managing advance buying features such as, demand aggregation, POD(Procurement Group Description), TLC. Additionally, I managed the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating testing phases and resolving any issues that arose. Lastly, I worked on Business Technology Platform (BTP), integrating Ariba with other systems to optimize performance and ensure seamless functionality.
