• During my time at Rixos Downtown, I worked both as Back Office Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist. This dual role allowed me to develop strong communication and organizational skills. I became proficient in using Fidelio and other hotel management systems, and I’m confident in my ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
• As a trainee, I significantly improved my English communication skills and gained valuable experience in guest relations. I learned to handle stressful and challenging situations calmly, often resolving guest complaints in a professional and effective manner. My time at Rixos provided me with a solid foundation in hospitality operations and customer service. Received packages and mail at front desk and dispersed to correct employees. Streamlined check-in and check-out processes for increased efficiency and reduced waiting times for guests.

My hospitality journey began with a strong personal motivation during my school years, when I volunteered to work as a housekeeper at my school's practice hotel. Under the guidance of my exceptional instructor, I learned the fundamentals of housekeeping and developed a solid work ethic.

When my official traineeship period began, I transitioned to a new opportunity at Rixos Premium Belek, where I expanded my knowledge and gained valuable hands-on experience in a five-star luxury environment. This experience allowed me to build on my foundation and further develop my skills in professional hospitality operations.

• Maintained clean and comfortable environments in commercial buildings by vacuuming, cleaning windows, and dusting.
• Disinfected and mopped bathrooms to keep facilities sanitary and clean.
• Cleaned and stocked guest rooms by replacing used towels and linens vacuuming floors, making beds, and restocking bathroom items.
• Removed bed sheets and towels from rooms and pre-treated stains to maintain and restore linen condition.
• Used chemicals by following safety protocols and procedures to avoid burns and injuries.
• Adhered to professional house cleaning checklist.
