I am responsible for following items only for stores they are appointed as Senior Team Member of; • Preparing annual or monthly statistics related to warehouse inventory. •Tracking of inventory of the technical parts process without any failure and providing warehouse services according to declared procedures. • Being responsible for shipment of technical parts according to IATA regulations. • Working in shifts in the Technical warehouse services. • Accepting, sending, and distributing technical warehouse materials, • Carrying out the necessary shipping, packaging, and handling works in technical warehouses. •Incoming and accepting components, materials, keeping aircraft components, materials and storage facilities in compliance with PART-145 standards. •Keeping a current list of all parts and materials stored in the quarantine. •Issuing SUNEXPRESS serviceable and unserviceable barcode. •Scrapping parts or materials and removing them from stock inventory, and following other necessary actions per this procedure. •Attaching to the scrapped part unsalvageable barcode. •Performing that scrapped parts cannot be used on aircraft in any way. •Performing that the storage location of each tool/equipment is recorded in an inventory database. •Performing that following an inventory number is assigned to all tools and equipment, which is to be kept throughout its entire useful life. •Performing that each tool/equipment is marked with this inventory number, except loan tool. •Performing that all tools and equipment are registered in an inventory list. •Correcting packaging, e.g. fulfilling all requirements regarding dangerous goods, ESD, etc. •Assuring that any shelf-life product is checked for expiry date before entering the store. •Checking calibrated tools and ensuring that such tools are not expired. •Removing the quarantined part/ material from the stock inventory. •Performing that traceability of batch control for inventory storage of consumable materials tracked.
