I keep doing most of things that I've mentioned previous titles and adding below responsibilities as senior specialist.

• Providing assistance for colleagues at every departments.
• Reporting monthly manifest corrector errors and numbers in order to assist for providing them to SSC and our team leaders for KPI purposes.
• Coaching assistant specialist and specialist personnel to support their improvements.
• Gathering information through PowerBI to check data entries and eBL reports.
• Opening Incident through Service-Now to get assistance for any technical issue.

Additional info:

I'm in eBL(Electronic Bill of Lading) process at every stage (Testing for Ibox & OVA, rolling over to live screen, marketing and support) from the beginning and it's still ongoing.

• Participation to monthly meetings with GVA and the other agencies.
• Onboarding the customer to WaveBL for working eBL and mapping process into OVA.
• Providing support to customers and the colleagues/agencies at both import/export sides.
• Identifying target customers to inform our customer representatives and forwarder relations department by using eBL Performance Reports through PowerBI.
• Training the colleagues in the frame of eBL certification trainer program by already provided by GVA.

In addition to assistant specialist responsibilities.

• Monitored the reports of between manifests and declarations before closing the vessel and confirmed with the colleagues at port services.
• Issuing manifest correctors.
• Communication with other agencies for any issue/question/assistance.
• Checking data entries to reduce errors/manifest correctors.
• Issued over 1000+ vessel certificate to the customers.
• Liaises between documentation department and the other internal departments (export customer services, customer account, delivery order etc.) to avoid miscommunications.

Additional info: When OVP system has been started, i was test user in MSC Turkey.

As assistant specialist at Documentation department.

• Data Entry as per shipping instructions
• Performed printing Bill of Ladings after the vessels has been sailed.
• Clarifying documentation errors in the DTX Precheck report and inform the other colleagues at customer service representatives about the error they should have clarified.
• Contributed to the development of Inttra system.
