Carrying out all processes in employment and exit operations,
Preparing and publishing advertisements, conducting CV scans, organizing interviews and conducting reference checks,
Supporting payroll processes,
Systematic monitoring and reporting of steps such as personnel leave, overtime, disciplinary processes, work tables,
Planning and organizing the events to be carried out by human resources throughout the year and creating an event calendar,
Establishing document and operational standards in Human Resources processes, modeling, eliminating defective parts, if any, and developing new methods,
Organizing surveys for activities aimed at employee satisfaction and preparing reports accordingly.
Follow-up to ensure that internal department forms, procedures, invoices, contracts and all documents are complete,

I was selected among the top 50 among more than 2500 applications for the First Opportunity Program of Esas Sosyal, the social investment unit of Esas Holding, and gained experience in professional working life for 1 year in the Human Resources unit of the Turkish Education Foundation. In addition to ensuring the sustainability of the processes by energetically supporting the processes and taking responsibility where necessary, I contributed to a positive working environment by leading to innovative human resources solutions with my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
