In the financial affairs department, my responsibilities included tracking and recording purchase invoices, reconciling current accounts, stock control and records, opening current account cards, entering health insurance, vehicle insurance, and fire insurance policies, checking employee expenses and issuing instructions for business advances to be paid based on these expenses, issuing in-kind donation receipts, and overseeing the control and tracking of documents requested during the audit process.
