Key Types of Work

• Assisting international Clients on commercial and contractual disputes, particularly in lease agreements, product price related agreements, dealership agreements, joint venture agreements and distribution agreements,
• Drafting briefs and legal opinions on the relevant disputes,
• Negotiating of lease agreements with ultra-luxury brands operating in Yalıkavak Marina (Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Venetta, Saint Laurent etc.) and representation of Yalıkavak Marina in all kinds of legal disputes against more than 160 tenants in total,
• Preparing and executing of mooring agreements and agency commission agreements for marina services,
• Following-up of all kinds of legal processes during the establishment and operation of Group Companies operating in hotel, restaurant and consultancy fields, (Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, contractor agreements, labor agreements, lease agreements, follow-up of all kinds of license processes)
• Following-up all kinds of corporate processes of Group Companies, (General assembly and board of directors resolutions, capital increases, acquisitions, preparing of SPAs)
• Lawsuits arising from lease, employment and mooring activities,
• Co-counseling with Squire Patton Boggs on the arbitration case, attending hearings and providing legal support,
• Preparation of independent legal report for initial public offerings,

• Drafting contracts and advising clients on corporate matters,
• Assisting well-known domestic and foreign brands both in litigation and consulting process,
• Advising clients on employment law and tax matters.
