Since September 2023, I have been part of the Yemeksepeti Q-Commerce team, serving as a bridge between key stakeholders and global teams through my product and project management expertise. I am passionate about tracking OKRs, supporting central and regional goals with local use cases and numerical insights, and contributing to planning through process improvements and new feature implementation. My role includes monitoring product developments, managing bug tickets, and evaluating A/B test results from a country-level perspective, ensuring alignment and raising objections when necessary. I also track daily operational metrics, setting alerts and taking immediate actions to prevent order losses and maintain seamless operations.

• Created a comprehensive app feature mapping for local teams to improve operational clarity and alignment.
• Conducted benchmarking across regional markets, including Korea, to identify and propose new app features for local implementation.
• Organized and prioritized all business requests by introducing a new one-pager format, ensuring clarity for manager-level stakeholders.

• Analyzing Effects of Pandemic on Online Shopping Behaviors, Comparing online shopping behaviors before and after the pandemic in terms of volume and preferences. Designed and implemented an ML based system for predicting the future behaviors of consumers.
• Tracking E-Commerce Pricing Strategies, Examined the online retail techniques used by Amazon, Hepsiburada and Trendyol to improve user experience and maximize market profit by accurately targeting and pricing the products.
• Optimization of Conversion Statistics of Turing Talent London, Created a detailed optimization model to predict the future revenue of Turing Talent to prepare their budget for the upcoming months.
