- Arrange inbound logistics in order to deliver materials to their final destinations on time in full.
- Clear all invoices against POs for unit prices and costs and issue payment order to proceed with the amount of invoices depending on payment type: CAD, L/C, W/T.
- Discuss defects and delivery problems with suppliers and resolve to receive and invoice discrepancies with vendors.
- Ensure ERP purchasing systems operate reliably and correctly throughout all processes from order to receipt.
