Summary
After receiving high-level education in the most prestigious and competitive schools of Turkey, I began my career as a data scientist at Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank. I attained several courses about data science, banking, and personal development at my work. My department moved to Architecht, an affiliate of Kuveyt Turk focused specifically on IT projects, 2 years after I started working for Kuveyt Turk. I actively use SQL and Python in my projects at work.
I studied industrial engineering at university. Statistics, probability, optimization, and programming were the main pillars of our departmental courses. On top of these, my work experience has taught me what books fall short of teaching: the ability to manage a real-life project from beginning to end.
I know that there is much more to learn in my field and much more experience to gain ahead of me. However, none of these is greater than my willingness to reach and master them.

- Created a model that predicts the quantity of each product that can be sold by each branch during a specific period, an output that is meant to be used in assigning targets to the bank's branches
- Worked on designing an AI Platform that automizes and standardizes our model development life cycle using MLOps practices. These practices include data quality testing, experiment tracking, model evaluation and model monitoring
- Worked on building a model for predicting the future changes in the values of various financial instruments such as stocks and precious metals. Used both time series analysis and machine learning algorithms for this project
- Developed models for detecting fraudulent accounts at the bank
