Summary

Sea Carrier; I worked for all type of tankers Product / Chemical and Crude Tankers (Chemical, MR, Suezmax, VLCC as a Master) at my sea experience with multinational crew (Turkish, Sri Lankan, Indian, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Filipino, Georgian). Shore Carrier; I managed vessel takeover processes with management company of 5 tankers (VLCC and Suezmax) as assigned Marine and HSSEQ Superintendent / Manager while responsible with 10 pcs various sizes/types of tanker vessels. Shipyard/DD periods of 3 pcs tanker vessels were managed with all operations, budget planning as management company/owner representative, technical services, following of safety management systems, SIRE and 3rd party vetting arrangements, class and flag audit/certifications (incl. class and flag changeovers) processes as a Marine and HSSEQ Superintendent / Manager. I have an experience as Crewing and HR Manager to manage multinational crew manning (Turkish, Indonesian, Georgian, Filipino, Iranian, Russian, Ukrainian, Sri Lankan) for bulk carriers and oil tankers. All experiences improved wide angle perspective of my career with different duties.
