  • Focal point for VANS pilot with WFP in NWS, implemented in 35 camps in AL-Karameh sector and was funded by ECHO
  • Focal point for CVA activities with local partner in NWS and funded by BHA
  • Focal point for RTER activity (one-off cash for emergency) implemented by local partner and funded by BHA.The activity came as emergency response for security and bad weather situation, then the EQ in NWS
  • Focal point for MPCA activity (emergency response for EQ affected families in NWS) with local partner and funded by BHA
  • My responsibilities as focal point:

- Site visits to Syria to follow up the implementation

- Working on monthly/quarterly/ annual reports Preparing the required work plans for the activities Preparing the data base with required values for emergency and regular assistance to be shared with finance team

- Daily follow up for the field staff and their performance Capacity building for the field staff by conducting the required trainings

- Preparing and updating SOPs for the food and emergency activities Daily follow up for the IPs’ performance and raise their capacity by organizing and conducting the required trainings and discussions

- Coordination with support departments to facilitate the implementation (Finance, Procurement, Grants, and security).
