• Followed up litigation matters via the outsourced firms in legal services and making monthly litigation reports
• Prepared Power of Attorneys and drafted notices, if required and followed the signature & notarisation processes
• Monitored the legislation and informing the relevant departments in case of any legalized amendment
• Managed the relevant process in order for getting all necessary permits for the Company’s actions
