A highly analytical and detail-oriented advisor with hands-on experience in the practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP, and foreign currency-based financial reporting. I have played a key role in the implementation and reporting of major IFRS standards, particularly IAS 29 (Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies) and IFRS 16 (Leases), gaining advanced knowledge in technical topics such as lease liability modeling, consolidation and inflation accounting.

During my tenure at PwC Türkiye, I contributed to complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for large-scale corporations, collaborating with system developers and financial controllers to ensure alignment with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and local tax legislation (VUK).

My experience spans various sectors including steel, construction, pharmaceuticals, and retail. In these engagements, I was involved in preparing and analyzing financial statements in both local and foreign currencies (EUR/USD), performing reconciliations, and supporting clients through regulatory compliance processes such as Eurobond issuances.

Beyond technical work, I have also taken on responsibilities such as mentoring interns, leading project monitoring tasks, and contributing to the professional development of junior team members.

During my tenure as an Associate in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team, I was actively involved in both regulatory reporting and financial advisory engagements. In capital markets projects, I supported clients in the issuance of Eurobonds and other foreign debt instruments, preparing required legal documentation and coordinating directly with regulatory authorities. Within accounting advisory, I took part in IFRS reporting projects, particularly focusing on the application of IAS 29 in high-inflation environments.

Completed a short-term internship focused on digital brand management and SEO-based content writing. I was responsible for managing ad campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, preparing optimized blog content for the company’s website, and engaging in direct communication with international clients—mostly from Europe. The experience enhanced my soft skills and exposed me to customer-facing communication in English.
