• Daily legal consultancy to the leading national and international companies such as reviewing contracts, legal opinions and ensuring the adherence of their global processes and policies to the Law on Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“LPPD”).
• Revising and drafting different kinds of contracts following applicable regulations with deep sectoral knowledge and through commercial perspective, proposing creative alternatives and protecting client's position to mitigate risk.
• Taking an active role in personal data protection compliance projects with respect to LPPD and General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for the associations, companies, group companies and start-ups operating on various sectors such as retail industry, automotive, energy, packaging, lodging, education, agricultural technology, software and cloud services.
• Taking an active role in e-commerce compliance projects with respect to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce numbered 6563.
• Drafting legal compliance documents such as distance sales contract, preliminary information form, data privacy statement and explicit consent text.
• Drafting data protection and e-commerce compliance sections of the Due Diligence Reports for both the buyer and seller sides, with the ability to identify condition precedent and specific indemnity requirements in Share Purchase Agreements.
• Preparation and examination of corporate documents of companies such as articles of association, resolutions.
• Drafting informative documents related to recent developments, especially in areas such as e-commerce and data protection.
• Conducting research and analysis of specific legal questions on variety of legal areas.
