I currently hold the position of Budget Financial Control Manager at TEB Holding, where I am responsible for the preparation, management, and consolidation of annual budgets, as well as conducting comprehensive financial analysis to assess performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. I ensure budgetary alignment with organizational objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation. My role also involves conducting variance analysis, trend analysis, profitability and liquidity assessments, and financial scenario modeling.
Prior to joining TEB Holding, I worked at Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding in the Financial Planning and Analysis function, where I played a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, financial reporting, and performance management for the company's diverse portfolio. I was involved in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, as well as providing actionable financial insights and recommendations to management.
Before that, I gained significant experience at ING as a Specialist and Assistant Specialist in the Financial Accounting and Group Reporting Department, where I was responsible for financial accounting, auditing, and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with both local and international standards.
I have an MBA degree from Galatasaray University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Anadolu University. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis. My core competencies include financial strategy, performance management, budgeting, and cross-departmental collaboration.
